This small mountain has been on my to do list for a while. Today is the day. I headed up the trail toward Middle Mountain.

I turned onto the trail for Mount Crag which was short but steep.

Madison and I began the descent down the east side.

We then took the Austin Brook Trail

We went by a beautifully kept field.

As we neared the road the brook turned into a bit of a pond as a result of a small dam.

What do you know, a hiking trail with a turnstyle.

I then walked up the road. I had a nice view of Mount Crag from the road.

This is a great little mountain if you are looking to hike something small.
