Today I will finish 3 more Grid peaks as I make my final climb (at least for a while) of Tom, Field, and Willey. Not knowing when I would be back to these peaks and seeing it was a stellar day, we made a quick stop to Mount Avalon. I've been on this little peak several times, but this was my first time with blue skies.

The Presies are still snow-capped.

We headed up to Mount Field. It was my 12th time climbing the mountain. Well sort of. With the exception of doing two traverses of these peaks, I always had to reclimb the mountain after going over to Willey.

We headed back over to Field where I took this photo of the valley. The spot of white and red in the center is the Mount Washington Hotel.

We then made our way over to Tom. My 10th completed Grid peak. After making our way down the mountain we headed over to climb the Wildcats. The next morning we hit the Hancocks in the morning where I reached Grid peak #476 ~ "just" 100 to go. We finished the weekend that afternoon with a hike of Garfield.
