January 30, 2010 Hike #2
Here's today's track from my Delorme GPS.

After hiking Mount Cutler in the morning, I came over to hike Burnt Meadow Mountain. It looks like several peaks make up this range but to the best of my knowledge there is only a trail going to the North Peak.

A loop trail was put in just last year. I headed up to North Peak and would descend via Twin Brook Trail.

This was another small mountain that offered tremendous views.

Some minor scrambling was required.

I spotted some yellow blazes and figured that must be the other end of the Twin Brook Trail.

The trail looped back to the Burnt Meadow Trail which I had taken on the way up. The hike took a little over 2 hours.
