July 5, 2008 Hike #2
After today's bushwhack to Elephant Mountain, I decided to stop on the way home to grab a geocache from Berry's Ledge. I was here several years ago before I was an avid hiker. I've been meaning to return, and this geocache gives me added motivation. It didn't take long as I followed logging roads most of the way. With the clue given, I zeroed in on the cache pretty quick. Here's the view of West Paris from Berry Ledge.

I don't write journal entries about too many of my geocache finds, but this one involved a small hike, a nice view, and brought me to the top of a mountain (although a small one at roughly 900 feet in elevation). Here's a video clip from this pretty spot.
