June 11, 2007 Hike #1
Hikes don't get much smaller than this. It's Monday Evening, and Lynn, Madison, and I have found a couple very small hikes close to home so we thought we would go check them out. Our new Delorme Earthmate PN-20 recorded our hikes in red.

After parking at the Congregational Church on Plummer Hill Road we walked about 100 yards up the road where we found this small plaque at the trailhead.

The information I found on the trail mentioned it was a gentle climb. We actually found that it was a fairly steep climb, but it was very short. There's a nice view near the top looking down to Bear Pond.

We returned over the same route. Time to find hike #2.
